Zip-Code came to me just before he turned five. He had only been started under saddle and was very distrustful and withdrawn — afraid of other horses as well as people. He had no jumping experience, and my task was to build his trust step by step.

From the start I knew this horse was meant to go to a young rider. Ania's family trusted me with his preparation, and I took that responsibility very seriously.

Over the following months we focused on the basics: shows at lower heights, hours of flatwork and patiently building his confidence. No rushing, no shortcuts.

Today Zip-Code competes at 130 cm with his owner Ania. Together they have earned the 2nd sports class and regularly fight for top placings at national shows. It's one of those stories that remind me how much patience and trust can change.
